1.工作原理
物料由料斗经螺旋输送器进入粉碎室，被高速旋转的刀片剪切粉碎，粉体越过导向圈进入分级室，因分级轮是旋转的，流入叶道内的粉体同时受到空气动力和离心力的作用。粉体中大于临界直径（分级粒径）的颗粒因质量大，被甩回粉碎室继续粉碎，小于临界直径的颗粒通过负压风运的方法经出料管进入旋风分离器、袋式除尘器，排出物料达到产品的要求。

本机由主机、辅机、电控箱三个部分组成，具有风选式、无筛、无网、出料粒度大小均匀等多种性能，生产过程连续进行，能处理如化学制品、食品、药品、药剂、化妆品、塑料、染料、树脂、颜料、谷物等物料的粉碎。
