2. 原理：

对辊式破碎机将破碎物料经给料口落入两辊子之间，进行挤压破碎，成品物料自然落下。遇有过硬或不可破碎物时，对辊式破碎机的辊子可凭液压缸或弹簧的作用自动退让，使辊子间隙增大，过硬或不可破碎物落下，从而保护机器不受损坏。相向转动的两辊子有一定的间隙，改变间隙，即可控制产品******排料粒度。双辊破碎机是利用一对相向转动的圆辊，四辊破碎机则是利用两对相向转动的圆辊进行破碎作业。

3、应用范围

适用于需要将烧结好的大颗粒状物料破碎成小颗粒或粉末，多用于冶金行业烧结后的物料进行多级破碎达到粉末状的工况，如碳化硅、碳化钨等，进料粒度：25-100mm，成品粒度0.1-10mm 。
