2、工作原理
犁刀式混料机为单轴式强制搅拌设备，主轴上安装有多组犁刀式搅拌器，并且错位连续安装，结构上避免了搅拌死角，运转时，更产生了不间断式的漩涡离心作用力，错位的犁刀持续搅拌，漩涡离心物料流不断重叠、击散，致使物料沸腾，并行成对流循环，快速的搅拌物料。 结团性物料如纤维或受潮结团、加液凝聚的粉料，通过在犁刀混料机内安装的高速飞刀，结合犁刀搅拌器搅拌物料时形成的对流循环作用，对结团性物料进行打散、分离。 高速飞刀安装于犁刀混料机筒侧向下45度角，刀头伸入筒内，在搅拌时，物料受犁刀驱赶至飞刀有效范围，受飞刀高速剪切。
