1.概述
ZS系列振动筛用途极为广泛，其广泛应用于化工、制药、粮食、食品、冶金等行业的各种物料的筛选、分级、过滤。该设备适应于流水作业，是粗小颗粒比例不等过筛连续出料的理想设备。
本机由料斗、振荡室、联轴器、电机组成。振荡室内有偏心轮、橡胶软件、主轴、轴承等组成。可调节的偏心重锤经电机驱动传送到主轴中心线，在不平衡状态下，产生离心力，是物料强制改变在筛内形成轨道漩涡。重锤调节器的振幅大小可根据不同物料进行调节，本设备机身与原料接触的部位均为304不锈钢制作，机座则使用钢材S.S.41制作。
本机整机结构紧密、体积小，不扬尘、噪音低、质量高、能耗低、移动维修方便。

2.工作原理

ZS系列振动筛采用最新立式振动电机，由该电机产生水平、垂直、倾斜的三次元振动，再把这种振动直接传递给筛面，达到物料的连续筛选、分级、过滤作用。

1.Descriptions

The ZS series vibrating screen is extremely versatile and widely used in the screening, grading and filtering of various materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, grain, food, metallurgy and other industries. The equipment is suitable for flow operation and is ideal for continuous discharge of coarse particles.
The machine consists of a hopper, an oscillation chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillating chamber is composed of eccentrics, rubber software, spindles, and bearings. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor and transmitted to the centerline of the spindle. In the unbalanced state, centrifugal force is generated. It is the material that is forced to change in the sieve to form a track vortex. The amplitude of the hammer adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials. The contact parts of the machine body and raw materials are made of 304 stainless steel, and the machine base is made of steel S.S.41.
The machine has a compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high quality, low energy consumption, and convenient mobile maintenance.

2.working principle
ZS series vibrating screen adopts the latest vertical vibration motor, which generates horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional vibration, and then directly transmits this vibration to the screen surface, achieving the continuous screening, grading, and filtering of materials.
